The main complaint?  I can find the packaging it's a bit fiddley.  The dropper is great for some products but with this retinol serum I find it a bit annoying. This is a really runny serum so you have to act fast with applying it but that being said it is easy to work with. 

My Review of the Ordinary retinol serums

I have been using this product for a few months. I have to say I don't suffer from too sensitive skin and I didn't have any reaction to this form of retinoid. I have combination skin with some annoying blackheads dry patches etc. 

 I really do love this non-prescription retinoid. I find it takes a bit of getting used to I did have a little skin purge when I started with it for the first few weeks but it settled down and I have really liked the results I have noticed my fine lines getting less noticeable and my skin texture has improved. I mean what more can you want that this super affordable price point? It works really well it has improved my skin and it is not costing me an arm and a leg. I love the ordinary for this. It's under £8 I mean what is not to love? But you need to remember this is a long-game product you won't put this one and see instant results you need to keep on plugging away with this and you will see the results. REMEMBER SPF is your bestie when you are applying any retinol.
