If there’s one makeup item I can’t live without, it’s mascara. I have longish lashes but they are blonde which means they completely disappear without using mascara or having LVL. So a good mascara is really important to me. It has the power to transform your entire look, making your eyes pop and lashes appear fuller, longer, and more defined. Today, I’m sharing my review of the L’Oreal Paris Volume Million Lashes Panorama Mascara. a product that promises to give you the “Volume Million Lashes” effect. But Is it really worth the hype that it has been getting in the beauty community?

The Volume Million Lashes Panorama Mascara by L’Oreal Paris is a drugstore gem designed to deliver voluminous, clump-free lashes with just one coat. That is a big claim isn't it? Packaged in a classic gold tube, it’s a mascara that promises both style and performance. L'Oreal is known to make really good mascara and I am always looking for my holy grail product and if it's drugstore then even better.

Why is it Popular Among Beauty Enthusiasts?

Tikok is awash with this mascara and they all swear by it for its ability to lengthen, adds volume, and define lashes without clumping or flaking. But we have all seen the drama around the Tiktok beauty community haven't we!

But the formula features a unique StretchFlex Complex that helps lashes look longer and fuller.

How Does it Claim to Achieve "Volume Million Lashes"?

Apparently, its all down to the innovative wand design and smooth, buildable formula. The mascara promises to coat every lash evenly without sticking together the lashes which gives a fan-like effect with added definition and lift.

How Easy is it to Apply the Panorama Mascara?

Applying this mascara is easy. The wand glides effortlessly from root to tip, evenly coating each lash. Start at the base of your lashes and sweep upward for maximum lift and definition. I find I need a few coats to achieve the look I like.

Does it Clump, Flake, or Smudge?

In my experience, it does not live up to the clump-free promise. It doesn’t flake or transfer throughout the day But it is clumpy, However, I do like a more fake lash look and that is what is achieved with this so I am not mad at it. It is essential to let each layer dry before applying the next to avoid any stickiness. I haven't found any flaking but the occasional smudge when I apply.

What Are Some Tips for Maximising Lash Volume?

Use the tip of the wand to coat the inner and outer corners of your lashes.
For a more dramatic effect, add a second coat while the first is still slightly damp.
Pair with an eyelash curler to boost the curl and lift.

How Does it Compare to Other L’Oreal Mascaras?

Compared to the iconic Lash Paradise, the Volume Million Lashes Panorama offers more separation and less chance of clumping. It also feels lighter, Which makes it great for all-day wear.

How Does it Stack Up Against High-End Brands?

While high-end mascaras like Lancôme Hypnôse or Too Faced Better Than Sex deliver similar results, the Panorama Mascara offers comparable volume and definition at a fraction of the price. It’s definitely an excellent budget-friendly alternative as it is a better price point.

Does It Offer Good Value for Its Price Range?

Yes I think so This is a drugstore choice after all., it delivers results that rival some of my more expensive options. The buildable formula and sleek packaging give it a luxe feel without the hefty price tag. You can normally get it on sale for around £9 which is a pretty good price. I think L'oreal have great price points.

What Are Some Common Criticisms?

The main critique I’ve experienced is that it does clump and transfer when applying. But with a spoolie you can easy sort that out.

some have said that it does not deliver as much drama in one coat compared to other volumizing mascaras. Which is true but you can layer it up. For those looking for extreme volume right away, you might need three coats to achieve the full effect. But you have to remember this is a lot more affordable than the alternatives.

How Do I Rate It Overall?

I’d rate this mascara a solid 7/10. It’s perfect for everyday wear, offers buildable volume, and stays put without smudging. The blackest black shade makes my eyes look brighter, and I like formula. I have worn this whilst mountain biking in pretty extreme conditions and it hasn't budged. I have quite sensitive eye when I go out in the mountain and they run a lot and this can hold up to a few tears. I have never felt any issues with stinging or discomfort. I have worn this as full glam or just with a good moisturiser.

I am on the fence if I would buy this one again. Yes, It is good but I think there might be better options out there.

If you’re after more volume, try Maybelline Lash Sensational or Sky High Mascara. For a high-end option, YSL Volume Effet Faux Cils or Benefit Magnetic is a fantastic splurge and my all time favourite.

You can easily find this mascara online at Amazon Which normally have it on offer, in drugstores, or at major retailers like Boots and Superdrug. Keep an eye out for sales to grab a bargain.

Final Thoughts

The L’Oreal Paris Volume Million Lashes Panorama Mascara delivers on its promise of voluminous lashes. It does clump a bit. It’s reliable once you do a little bit of separating. It's a budget-friendly option that works well for sensitive eyes and offers buildable volume. I have never had any issue with removing this product and I find it's actually one of the easier ones to remove. Even with a swipe of micellar water.
