I have struggled with my gut health for years. Probably all my life if I am being honest with you all. But the last four years have been the worst of my life. All of a sudden I started to get a stabbing pain in my right side halfway up my stomach. I have suffered from IBS for a long time and yes it is diagnosed by a doctor. I can not think of any vitamin or supplement that has had this much of an effect on me. I have managed to control my stabbing pain in my stomach and this is the only thing I have added to my diet.
