Well, this has well and truly been a very long summer for me. I have so much going on at the moment and not enough time to do anything. I have also come down with a nasty case of sinusitis and tonsillitis which has rendered me pretty useless if I am honest and a bit miserable. with this, I have been spending far too much time in bed and I needed to be cheered up enter British Boxers pyjamas. I mean nice pajamas are the way to my heart. I spend most of my time in PJs or biking clothes so it makes sense. I am currently very swollen in the face and in a lot of pain but I needed to share these with you before they sell out as a spoiler I am obsessed with them.
I recently treated myself to the British Boxers Women's Crisp Cotton Short Pyjama Set in Picnic Pink Stripe, and They have quickly become a favourite at bedtime. Let’s start with the fabric. It’s 100% crisp cotton, which feels wonderfully light and breathable against the skin. If you’re someone who tends to get warm at night like I am at the moment with being poorly then these are the perfect solution. The 100% cotton material is soft yet durable, making it comfortable for both lounging about in and sleeping, win-win! I know I worry about white pyjamas being seethough bit you have nothing to worry about in this department these are top-quality and made to the highest standard.
The Picnic Pink Stripe pattern is right up-my-street being a blend of classic and chic with a twist of old school. It’s the kind of design that feels timeless, making it a set you’ll want to wear year after year.
Let's talk about the fit. I am a size 6. British Boxers sizes run from petite to xx-large, Petite being a UK 8 and XX large being a UK size 18. I am wearing the size petite. The pyjamas strike the perfect balance not too tight and not too loose, just right for a cozy night’s sleep.
The top is slightly tailored, giving it a more fitted look while the shorts have an elasticated waist that ensures they stay put without digging in or causing discomfort. The perfect PJ. I also appreciate the attention to detail, like the delicate buttons and the neatly finished seams, which give the set a polished look. Very old money glam.

The second set I ordered from British Boxers is the Women's Brushed Cotton Pyjama Set in Coral Shire Square, and I have to say, it’s quickly become the PJs I grab to lounge about in. The brushed cotton is the softest most cozy thing you can ever imagine. If you’ve never experienced brushed cotton, you’re in for a treat. It’s incredibly soft and has this lovely warm texture that’s perfect for those chilly nights. The brushed finish gives it a luxurious feel, making it cosy yet breathable, so you stay comfortable without overheating.
The Coral Shire Square pattern is a real standout. The coral tones are just stunning, and the square pattern adds a modern twist to a classic design. It has a tartan feel to it. It's really cheerful and bright, makes me feel happy when I wear them. The colours have stayed true wash after wash, which is always a bonus.
Fit-wise, this pyjama set ticks all the boxes. Again I went for petite and these have the same size range as the last set. The top is slightly loose, giving you that perfect cosy fit without being too baggy. It’s got a button-down front and a pocket, adding just the right amount of detail. The trousers have an elasticated waistband with a drawstring, so you can adjust them for maximum comfort.
What I love most about this set is just how effortless comfortable and stylish they are. It’s ideal for lounging around the house on a lazy weekend or snuggling up with a book on a cold evening. British Boxers have truly nailed it with this one again I am in love with them.
These are the first items I have gotten from British boxers but I will not hesitate to order more clothing from them. My husband always jokes that I am a pajama connoisseur and I think he is right. I like good quility and comfy PJs that also look the part and I think my never ending search might be coming to a close as these two pairs are that good. I will definaly reorder.
