Today I have a bit of a confession and a review for you. First the confession. I fell off the skincare bandwagon. I have been so lax lately and the changing weather has been playing havoc with my skin. I am really suffering the effects of the weather and my laziness. I want to put it out there first. I got to the stage in December where my normally not to bad skin was in a right state.
If you have followed me for a while. You will know I like to be outside whatever the weather and being a mountain biker means for may hours at a time. I kinda just fell out with my current skincare routine and was, to be honest doing very little. You know I will always be fully transparent with you. I am actually annoyed with myself. I mean this blog started from my love of beauty and here I am confessing to a large beauty slip up. I mean skincare is basic in the beauty world. I have also been super run down with my chronic sinusitis so my body is struggling at the moment too.
I was so glad when the lovely people at Myprotein reached out to me and offered to send me some of their new Myvitamins range of vitamins. That is geared towards beauty and skincare market and I am going to share my journey with the product I received.
