When I was at school there were no classes in media or PR. I did take computing but I would be embarrassed if I told you the computer I used. So learning about blogging for me was all on the job and to be honest there is a huge amount I still need to learn but one thing I do know is the world is changing every day and so is the blogging world. You have to keep up with the latest trends of you will be left behind. This is where your brand comes in.
There is a lot to be said for brand recognition. This is how the reader knows it's me and not any other of the millions of bloggers. You need to reinvent whilst still being recognisable it is all in the details. But first, you need to get your name out there right?
One of my favourite thing to use on social media is quotes. These are huge hits. This is one of the most on-trend things this year. From Kylie Jenner to Jeniffer Aniston they are all sharing word quote on social media. Come on how many times have you reshared these on facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Quite a few I bet. I bet you didn't even look at the link in them? Or did you. This is a way of getting your name out there without much effort. I will show you how I make these and where I get the templates and fonts for free.

Anyways without further ado how I use design bundle to make my quotes.
First I download the free font from font bundles. The link is above super easy right. Don't worry there is an easy to follow guide to installing your new font. If you need help. It is all explained on each download page. Then I use Word on my laptop to create my quote using my new font. Then I save it on my laptop. Then I use my saved quote on canva to make a social media post. It is that simple.

I am gearing up for my Christmas gift guide series so I like to do a couple of Christmas quote and where better to quote from then one of the most festive of all movies Elf. Christmas is a huge time for most bloggers. It is so important to get your gift guides together and promotion is key to get the much-needed views on your guides when they are released. This year I am doing Guides for him, her, children, dogs and vegans. I have been working on this since July. Yes, that is how long it takes to make these things. So you need your audience to know they are coming and be ready to go and check them out. Again its all about getting your brand out there. You need to entice you audience and give teasers.
