Let talk about Pelvic floor muscles. Yes, I went there. It is something we all have and yet it is something that makes most people go red in the face and want to run away. Oh my gosh, I can't possibly talk out loud about such a sensitive subject, can I? Hell yes, I can.

- Ageing. Just getting older things are not as tight as they used to be.
- UTI, a urine infection is a very common reason.
- Menopause changed in hormones.
- Enlarged prostate.
- Medication. Many medications can cause incontinence.

- Alcohol
- Large dose of vitamin C
- Carbonated drinks
- Some chilli
So your symptoms may not be a condition at all just a temporary inconvenience But it is always worth a conversation with a medical professional just to get things checked over.
