If you haven't checked out day one and two why no and catches up?
Today we all had a bit of a lay in. Ed slept right through the night. This is rare for him. Has only done this a couple of times before one is the last time we visited him. I like to think we have the magic touch.
It was a nice morning, Mr quack was back again. A quick bacon roll and coffee and It was time to hit the adventure centre. For Ed honestly.
I am not sure what I expected the adventure centre to be like but my mind was blown. If I had come here as a child I would never have left. This is the place to be in my opinion. There are climbing walls, lots of slides, Ball pits bouncy castle and mini golf to name a few things. This is again one of the free activity's which is included in your stay.
If you follow me on Instagram you may have seen we had a lot of fun on the bouncy castle and I have to say we all enjoyed it so much. Ed was so funny bouncing about. Ok, the adults trying to backflip was the funniest. Why was that so easy when you were a kid? I can not do that anymore.
We didn't use the climbing walls but they looked awesome. Dave is actually a climbing guide and he even said they were great. My fear of height was screaming not a chance. If we had been there longer I think the men would have had a shot.
Honestly, these climbing frames were so much so many different ways to get to the slides you could spend all day just playing in them. All of the different climbing tree house adults could fit in to help children go through them. This is awesome I know some kids get scared if an adult cant goes with them and I love the variety of different ways the kids can play and climb. This really brings back memories of my childhood I was never indoors and wanted to play and climb.
It was time to get serious. My first ever game of mini golf. I can say I suck at mini golf. I loved the course it was so cool and was so much fun. But I came last.
Time for a well-earned coffee and cake, milk, and lunch for Ed. In the wildwood cafe. Ok, I didn't have a coffee on the theme of the day we all had slushies and I had a muffin. What we are being kids.
Next, we decided to go exploring the area outside the resort and headed to Tenby.
Why is Welsh Ice cream so good? We had to stop on the high street for quick ice cream and then it was a walk to the gorgeous beach of Tenby. What a stunning place. As you can see it was a lovely day and it was so nice just walking around. I really want to come back here one day. This is so close to Bluestone.
It was late when we got back and the boys had planned a roast dinner so the hopped to it. Again everything was there for us to cook a full roast with all the trimmings. Then after a wee prosecco if was off to bed to leave the men to drink beer and put the world to rights.
