I'm on my holidays in Wales,
It's all about mountain biking. So I thought I'd give you all a up date of my last few days here.
Friday afternoon we traveled to the lakes to stay with friends holty & Claire.
Saturday was this ride
Quite a hard one as the sun was shining.
Then we meet up with our partners in crime fi & Dave, yip the same fi I did the 10 under the Ben race with and its of to pen y cae to our cottage with hot tub heaven ( photos to come)
Sunday we did
This was a epic ride and tbh not really enough down hill for me, I say I only do the up hill for the pay off of the down.
Monday was
Ok ride but I had a wee fall and I was quite tired from the day before so I was a bit of a gurn sorry guys.
Tuesday its all about bike park Wales. I will do a hold post on this but here's a wee view of our day.
